Sr. Scrum Master

This is a full-time, onsite Scrum Master position focused on driving delivery excellence, promoting a high-performing team culture, and maintaining operational rigor within a SAFe environment. You will be responsible for managing complex dependencies, optimizing team flow through data-driven analysis, and leading critical Agile ceremonies.

o Agile & Tooling Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Agile processes with working proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and familiarity with ServiceNow. o Assertive Leadership: Ability to provide constructive feedback and redirection to individuals as needed to maintain team accountability. o Efficiency Driven: Proven initiative in improving team efficiency and interpreting metrics to identify flow improvement opportunities. o Domain Knowledge: Sufficient technical or domain knowledge to guide work estimation and risk management throughout the PI cycle. o Team Building: Skilled in promoting psychological safety and fostering an inclusive team culture.
