Job description

  • ~10 Engineers
  • ~10 DevOps Engineers
  • Engineers typically work on 1-2 client projects at a time
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration, initiative, and real-world impact

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Building and operating Kubernetes-based platforms
  • Creating cloud infrastructure using Terraform
  • Implementing and improving observability and monitoring
  • Working across cloud environments (Azure and GCP primarily; AWS welcome)
  • Partnering directly with client engineering teams and leadership
  • Teaching best practices and enabling client teams
  • Roughly 70% DevOps-focused work, with 30% adjacent engineering efforts

Senior engineers may also:

  • Support pre-sales or advisory engagements
  • Contribute to technical strategy and solution design

Requirements

Absolute Must-Haves

  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience implementing observability and monitoring
  • Cloud experience (preference for Azure or GCP, open to AWS)

Strong Requirements

  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab
  • Kubernetes tooling such as Helm
  • Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience (10+ years a plus)
  • Strong communication and consulting-style soft skills
  • Proactive, client-facing mindset

Nice to Have

  • Ansible
  • Background in SaaS, startups, big tech, or consulting
  • Interest or experience using AI or automation tools in DevOps workflows
