Full Stack Engineer

• Build and scale the core platform, owning performance, reliability, and uptime
• Improve agent tooling and conversation quality used by onboarding and customer success teams
• Optimise omni-channel delivery across SMS, email, and voice
• Design systems for unstructured data and event-driven workflows
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks that improve AI agent accuracy
• Work closely with product and design to ship fast and iterate based on real customer feedback

• 3 to 8 years of fullstack experience shipping products at a startup, high-velocity, or AI-driven company
• Fluent in Python, React, and TypeScript with strong experience across REST APIs and cloud-based architectures
• Proven hands-on experience building or deploying agentic AI systems, LLM frameworks, or language models in production. This is a must, not a nice to have
• Comfortable with event-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines
• Product-minded with the ability to prioritise, make decisions, and execute independently
• Bonus: experience building evaluation or observability tooling for AI agents
