Job description
BI Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics projects. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that data solutions (dashboards, reports, data warehouses) deliver measurable value., * Lead end-to-end BI projects (scope, timeline, budget, resources)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs
- Manage cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, developers)
- Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards
- Track project progress and communicate status to leadership
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Drive adoption of BI tools and insights across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in BI/data projects
- Strong knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred)
