Qlik Sense Developer

US Citizenship is required - must either have Secret Clearance or be able to obtain Onsite 5 days/week, O'Fallon, IL No Corp-to-Corp Requests Please Seeking a Qlik Sense Developer for a direct hire, onsite opportunity at Scott AFB in O'Fallon, IL Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Translate business and mission requirements into technical data visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and meaningful reporting
• Optimize Qlik applications for performance, usability, and scalability
• Develop documentation supporting load methods, data verification, and testing
• Support data-driven decision-making for program leadership and senior stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense

• Proficiency in SQL and Python scripting; preferred in Databricks environments

• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling

• Bachelor's degree

• Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain such requiring US Citizenship status

• DoD or federal government experience strongly preferred Preferred/Nice to Have

• Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is desired

• Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma certification

• Experience with MS Visio or Power Automate

• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
