The Release Train Engineer (RTE) - MID will support future Defense & Intelligence Programs in Tampa, FL . This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026., * Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Coordinate ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration.
- Track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams.

Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) | Scrum Alliance - Scrum Alliance, SAFe Agilist (SA) | Scaled Agile - Scaled Agile
Experience:
5 + years of related experience, * Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes.
- Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively., * Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, Agile facilitation, or related roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Scrum Master and SAFe certifications required.
- Role requirements: Onsite 5 days

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
