Job description
BAE Systems is looking for Data Manager and Analyst to manage data streams. This position is in support of the Program Manager who is responsible for obtaining agreements with landowners across multiple states to obtain the necessary rights to execute construction activities. The successful candidate will possess the ability to effectively comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents, as well as present the information in written and oral communications. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to track the data flow and properly manage virtual storage of work products. They are required to manage the paperwork from initiating contact with each landowner, to mailing the final paperwork, and documenting the agreement.
They will also identify efficiencies and advise improvements to ensure the success of land acquisitions. This effort includes and is not limited to performing research and advising the Program Manager on decisions to inform an efficient and effective strategy.

- 6 years experience related to data management, configuration management, quantitative analysis, data modeling, reporting, relational database tools, data warehousing, and database architecture.
- Experience working with/for Air Force senior leaders, understanding the military cultural norms and standards
- Demonstrated project management skills of planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholderengagement, and process improvement
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), Task Management Tool(TMT), SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Concur
- Ability to obtaine a secret (or higher) security clearance, ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) access
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Understand comprehensive logistics & management activities
- Experience with Organizational Change Management
- Active Security Clearance
- Experience with real estate acquisition as it applies to right of way
Benefits & conditions
Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
