Backend Engineering Engineer

• Lead development and configuration of application modules

Experience: 8+ Years Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience, We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineering Engineer (Python + Unidata) with strong expertise in Unidata & Unicloud to lead development, configuration, and deployment of enterprise application modules.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines technical depth with delivery ownership, and can drive both architecture and execution in complex environments., * 8+ years of experience with Unidata & Unicloud

• 5+ years of experience with Python development
• 5+ years of experience in a Team Lead / Project Lead role
• 3+ years of experience in solution design and architecture
• Strong experience in application development, configuration, and deployment
• Ability to lead teams and manage delivery in complex enterprise environments, * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments
