Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic SQA Engineer to help deliver next-generation digital casino products for a global audience. You will join a passionate international team focused on maintaining the highest quality standards, driving innovation, and supporting both internal and third-party game development initiatives.
In this role, you will execute and manage test cases for online casino games and related platforms, ensuring smooth functionality, compliance, and high performance. You will collaborate with teams across Serbia, USA, UK, Romania, Ukraine, and India in a dynamic and distributed environment., Conduct comprehensive functional testing of online casino games to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with specifications.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation to validate systems meet defined requirements.
- Utilize internal tools and frameworks for manual and automated testing processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA procedures, test strategies, validation checklists, and maintain stable, secure test environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with developers for timely resolution, participate in meetings, support risk mitigation, improve workflows, and provide regular progress and quality updates to management.

- Strong eye for identifying subtle issues in UI, UX, performance, and gameplay logic.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams (English proficiency required)., * Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for gaming with a strong understanding of industry trends.
- Familiarity with real money gaming products, RNG systems, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
- Genuine interest in web development and modern technologies.
- ISTQB certification.
