- Demonstrate strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior leadership, facilitate crossfunctional alignment, and guide decisionmaking at the program level.
- Lead largescale performance testing efforts, including simulation of real dispatcher center operations, ensuring ADMS reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under highload and stormevent conditions.
- Apply over 10 years of testing experience in utility operations, OT systems, and distribution grid technologies to develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and execution frameworks.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and useracceptance tests for ADMS applications such as power flow, switching, FLISR, VVO/VVC, CVR, load modeling, and DER support.
- Validate networkmodel accuracy and ensure test scenarios reflect realworld distribution topology, connectivity, operational constraints, and device behaviors.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot test results involving SCADA, GIS, OMS, SOM, AMI, ICCP and other integrated systems to ensure consistent and accurate system interactions.
- Review requirements and operational usecases with engineers and operators to translate them into actionable and verifiable test cases aligned with both business processes and system capabilities.
- Lead defect triage, rootcause analysis, and resolution discussions with technical teams, ensuring defects are accurately documented and resolved in a timely manner.
