We are looking for highly motivated engineers working in the advertising space who are excited to join us on this journey., * Build and scale advertiser-grade reporting applications that allow internal teams and, over time, external advertisers to explore, filter, schedule, and download Ads performance data.
- Experience in designing and operating external-facing and internal reporting APIs that enable self-service access to Netflix Ads data for advertisers, sales, and partner integrations.
- Expertise in owning and optimizing the Ads Druid analytics layer, powering low-latency, high-concurrency OLAP workloads that back all reporting, dashboards, and programmatic data access.
- Expertise in building reporting systems meet MRC and audit-grade standards, including data completeness, accuracy, traceability, and controls required for accredited advertiser reporting.
- Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented),
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world.
- Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of it's unique constraints
Benefits & conditions
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00.
