  • Act as a hands-on technical leader-review designs, support implementation, and build PoCs.
  • Drive data-intensive and calculation-heavy system design, including ETL and processing pipelines.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Represent the domain in architecture forums and influence strategic decisions.
  • Mentor engineers and uplift engineering and architectural practices.

Technology Environment

  • Backend: Python, Java / C# (.NET), APIs, microservices
  • Frontend: Angular
  • Data: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ETL pipelines, data lake patterns
  • Architecture: Event-driven systems, microservices, API-first design
  • DevOps: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Terraform, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Orchestration - : Airflow, Step Functions, BPM tools
  • Observability (desirable): Grafana
  • AI (desirable): AI/ML or GenAI adoption for automation and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect / Senior Technical Lead in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong track record working with legacy systems and distributed architectures.
  • Deep expertise in AWS, data platforms, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong development background in SQL,Python, Java or C# (.NET), and Angular.
  • Experience designing highly resilient, scalable, and secure systems.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience operating in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation use cases, * Hands-on mindset - willing to dive into technical detail when needed
  • Ability to balance ideal architecture with real-world constraints
