Job description

We're searching for a Skopje-based Software Engineer III to join our Software Engineering team, so that we can design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that solve complex healthcare business challenges. The Software Engineer III will implement robust features, automated pipelines, and observability systems to ensure the reliability and performance of our global healthcare operations platform.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Develop scalable software features using C#/.NET and React to address evolving business requirements.

  • Diagnose moderately complex technical issues using debugging and analytical techniques in order to optimize system and database performance.

  • Build automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code to enable frequent, reliable software releases.

  • Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like HoneyComb or Datadog in order to proactively detect and resolve production issues.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within SaaS product development.

  • Proven success in delivering high-quality, maintainable code within Agile teams and regulated environments.

  • In-depth knowledge on how to leverage C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL/ORMs to build scalable architectures.

  • Ability to commute to our Skopje office 2 days a week.

  • Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare safety and data governance.

  • A knack for working collaboratively within global, cross-functional squads to navigate technical ambiguity.

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
