Job description

As a Conversion Programmer Analyst, you will support financial institutions through core system conversions to the DNA platform by building and validating data requirements that move source data from donor systems into the target environment. You will work closely with clients, internal project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate implementations that support operational efficiency, data integrity, and successful client outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with clients, internal project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support timely delivery of implementation milestones and quality outcomes across assigned conversions
  • Use Structured Query Language (SQL) and related programming tools to code stored procedures, map business logic, perform quality assurance testing, generate reports, and analyze data
  • Validate programming results against documented requirements and donor system data to confirm data accuracy and platform functionality
  • Analyze source and target data sets to identify issues, interpret findings, and support resolution of business and technical questions
  • Manage multiple project tasks with limited supervision while meeting defined deadlines and implementation schedules
  • Support banks and credit unions through client-facing implementation activities by providing data-focused solutions during conversion projects
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary., * This role is on-site Monday through Friday.   • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion programming, software development, or data implementation within financial services, information technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, or enterprise data warehousing
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle databases and/or other relational databases in an implementation, conversion, or software development environment
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL to develop, test, and validate data logic, stored procedures, reporting outputs, or related programming deliverables
  • Experience applying programming standards, software development tools, optimization techniques, and technical specifications in a production or implementation environment
  • Experience analyzing banking data, including deposit operations, customer information, financial reporting, banking regulations, and personally identifiable information (PII) handling requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting conversions to DNA from Fiserv
  • Experience working with banks or credit unions in a client-facing implementation environment
  • Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, and defect resolution during platform conversions, You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Salary Range

$66,000.00 - $105,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
