Our client in the shipping and logistics space is looking for a Software Development Team Lead (Java) to join their team. This is a well established, technology driven organization building large scale internal and customer facing applications that directly support core business operations. They are looking for a candidate to manage and guide a small, high-impact team of developers. This role is intentionally not hands-on, but requires deep Java knowledge to steer architecture decisions, coach engineers, and remove roadblocks. You'll work closely with product and Agile partners to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals., Tech Breakdown
