Job description
The Senior Analyst - Enterprise AI Enablement & Change Execution plays a critical role in enabling Ally's enterprise AI transformation. This role supports the execution and scale of enterprise AI enablement, adoption, and fluency efforts-while intentionally modernizing how that work is delivered through AI assisted ways of working.
This is an AI first execution role, designed to evolve as Ally's AI capabilities mature. The Senior Analyst partners closely with the Enterprise AI Transformation Director and cross functional stakeholders to translate AI strategy, platform updates, governance changes, and priority use cases into clear, coordinated, and repeatable enterprise experiences that drive understanding, adoption, and sustained behavior change.
This is not a traditional communications role. It is a hands on execution role focused on modernizing enterprise enablement, engagement, and change delivery through AI.
At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
The Work Itself
- Translate enterprise AI releases, governance changes, and priority use cases into clear, actionable guidance so employees understand what's changing, why it matters, and how to engage.
- Deliver the AI Literacy & Fluency framework through practical, repeatable learning and engagement experiences that build confidence and capability across the workforce.
- Execute the enterprise AI change plan day to day by coordinating Line of Business activities, tracking adoption signals, and reinforcing key messages to drive sustained use of AI.
- Operate the Business Insiders adoption network and enterprise AI feedback channels, turning insights into action by resolving issues and routing ideas to the appropriate teams.
- Support Ally's core AI engagement moments -- including AI Community of Practice sessions and AI Day events -- from planning and delivery through post event follow through.
- Create and maintain practical AI enablement content while modeling responsible, AI assisted ways of working, scaling effective practices through the AI Hub.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent., * Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, actionable guidance for broad audiences.
- Demonstrated curiosity and comfort working in ambiguity, with the ability to adapt as priorities, tools, and enterprise AI capabilities evolve.
- Hands on experience using AI tools (or strong demonstrated aptitude and enthusiasm for learning) to support day to day work, content creation, synthesis, and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate across stakeholders, and drive execution from plan to sustained action with minimal oversight.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into improvements in enablement and engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a bias toward action, follow through, and quality.
- Experience working with enterprise collaboration and delivery tools (e.g., MS365, SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, JIRA or similar).
- Experience executing enterprise change, enablement, adoption, or transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Ability to analyze reporting metrics and create reports in PowerBI.
