Digital Accessibility Consultant

• Evaluate vendor-supplied documentation to identify technical accessibility compliance gaps.
• Document risk classifications and written summaries for procurement and governance decisions.
• Conduct specialized reviews of conformance claims against global digital accessibility criteria.
• Provide factual findings for technologies under consideration to the Technical Review Board.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to support accessibility remediation planning.
• Maintain standardized and defensible documentation to support institutional audit readiness.
• Assess accessibility limitations relative to specific user populations and institutional exposure.

• 3 or more years of experience in digital accessibility and VPAT analysis.
• Proficiency in WCAG 2.1/2.2 and Section 508 compliance standards.
• Experience with Accessibility Conformance Reports and technical risk documentation.
• Experience in accessibility standards interpretation and applied compliance support.
• Experience with institutional procurement governance and Technical Review Board workflows.
• Experience in higher education or government regulated environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
