Coinbase is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join our team and build out the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone across the globe, operating real-time applications with high frequency, low latency updates, and managing the most secure infrastructure running in the cloud., * Partner with the Head of Growth Engineering, EMs, and Product Managers to define and build mission critical systems to enable user growth.

• Build foundational systems that power growth across Coinbase: incentives platform, notifications platform and dynamic presentation system.
• Build and scale user experiences across all parts of the Coinbase product experience from SEO, logged out experience, user onboarding, search, discovery and referrals.

For select roles, Coinbase is piloting an AI tool based on machine learning technologies to conduct initial screening interviews to qualified applicants.
