At MJH Life Sciences®, our success is measured by your success! If you set your standards high and want to contribute to a winning team, we'll provide you with every opportunity to help grow our company and your career. Our associates come from all backgrounds, sharing one key quality: determination to succeed. We value being Service Focused, having a Passion for Winning, Innovation, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork. Nothing means more to us than hiring people with these attributes. If you believe you're right for the job, this is the place to prove it!

We're looking for a curious, technically grounded Data Analyst to join our medical strategy team. In this role, you'll work with structured data across multiple systems - writing queries, building pipelines, and producing insights that inform real decisions. You'll be expected to write clean, repeatable code and to leverage AI tools as a core part of how you work, not an afterthought.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical questions and translate them into structured data requests
  • Develop scripts and small applications that integrate AI/LLM APIs for data processing, summarization, or reporting tasks
  • Build and automate repeatable analysis workflows
  • Document code, methodologies, and data definitions so work is reproducible and maintainable
  • Apply statistical techniques to interpret patterns, test hypotheses, and surface actionable findings

Requirements

  • You have a passion for uncovering insights hidden in data and telling stories with numbers.
  • You balance technical expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • You enjoy working with both technical and non-technical teams to solve problems., * Demonstrated coding experience in at least one general-purpose language (Python strongly preferred)
  • Foundational knowledge of relational database concepts (schemas, indexing, data types)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools - such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar - to accelerate development, automate tasks, or build lightweight applications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong skills in Excel and data manipulation.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Benefits & conditions

$65,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
