Job description
We are looking for a senior System Architect who can take end to end OSS/BSS requirements and work closely with technology and product teams to design and implement features across the AT&T Business OSS/BSS landscape. The architect will partner with the Product Architect to execute functionality aligned to the product roadmap., Architect and design end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions supporting cloud-based telecom offers. Work closely with Product Architects and engineering teams to implement roadmap features. Provide architectural leadership across Order Management, Provisioning, Service Delivery, Assurance, and Billing systems. Translate business and product requirements into scalable system architectures. Requirements
15+ years of experience as a System Architect in telecom OSS/BSS environments. Strong experience with AT&T Business systems or similar Tier 1 telecoms. Deep hands-on exposure to Salesforce + ROME (Order, Provisioning, Service Delivery, Assurance, Billing). Proven experience architecting OSS/BSS systems enabling cloud-based telecom offerings (experience does not need to be SaaS-native platforms). Strong stakeholder communication and cross team collaboration skills. Preferred Ex AT&T or Tier 1 North American telecom SME (ex telecpm company emp). Background in NOC operations or network deployment domains.
