Job description
We are seeking an Infrastructure / Integration Lead Software Engineer with strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience to design and deliver enterprisescale solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and integrated enterprise systems.
This role blends handson architecture, integration engineering, and cloud platform leadership, with supporting DevOps exposure. The ideal candidate is architecturefirst, capable of guiding teams, defining standards, and making key technical decisions, while remaining handson where needed. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Integration Leadership
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise solutions spanning Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external systems
- Define integration patterns, API strategies, and eventdriven architectures
- Serve as the technical authority for system design, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Review code and architectural designs to ensure alignment with best practices and standards
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical and integration challenges
Platform & Integration Engineering
- Design and implement integrations using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise platforms
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and integration services
- Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient integration solutions across hybrid environments
- Own architecture decisions for system interoperability, data flow, and performance optimization
Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure Support
- Architect and support hybrid cloud solutions across onpremises and cloud environments
- Utilize Microsoft Azure as the primary cloud platform, with AWS exposure as a secondary environment
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and practices
- Support automation of deployments, configurations, and infrastructure provisioning
- Partner with platform and DevOps teams rather than operating as a DevOpsonly engineer
Leadership, Mentorship & Governance
- Mentor and guide engineers, enforcing architectural consistency and technical best practices
- Establish coding standards, integration guidelines, and governance models
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, infrastructure, security, and data teams
- Provide clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and playbooks
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering teams and leadership stakeholders
Security, Reliability & Operations
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and dataprotection requirements
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, and resiliency strategies
- Monitor production systems and integration platforms for performance and reliability
- Participate in system, architecture, and security reviews
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, integration, or infrastructure roles
- 5+ years of handson experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Proven experience serving as a technical lead or lead software engineer
- Strong experience mentoring and guiding engineers
Cloud & Integration Expertise
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including services such as:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- API Management
- Handson experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and eventdriven systems
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., data integration or analytics services)
- Experience working in largescale, enterprise environments
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365)
