Job description
You will be the Systems Engineer - Level 2 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for pioneering cutting-edge aerospace solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer - Level 2 you will be responsible for driving complex system integrations within the historic Skunk Works environment. You will operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple, widely varying assignments concurrently while maintaining quality and schedule.

Working independently and as a proactive team player, stepping in to support teammates whenever needed.

Engaging professionally with senior management, presenting technical insights and status updates.

Requirements
You are a collaborative, results-driven engineer with a proven ability to thrive in high-tempo environments. Your strong analytical mindset and proactive attitude allow you to solve complex problems while supporting your peers. You value precision, accountability, and the chance to contribute to groundbreaking aerospace programs., MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start., Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical STEM degree.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge applying System Modeling Languages and frameworks (SysML, UML, DODAF, UPDM, or similar language)
Experience utilizing tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Rhapsody, or Sparx
Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
Past experience or coursework in Systems Engineering
Past Internship/Work Experience in a technically collaborative and team-based environment
Engineering analytical and problem solving skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
