Requirements
- 2-4 senior full-stack engineers, 5+ years experience
- Onsite in Omaha, NE - physical presence required, not remote or hybrid
- Available to start within 2 weeks of contract execution
- Production experience with AWS Bedrock (not just AWS generally)
- Production experience deploying Anthropic Claude models (Opus / Sonnet / Haiku)
- React + cloud-native full-stack background
- Real AI/ML integration work in shipped products
- Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred
- Able to pass a standard US bank background check / vendor onboarding
- Bonus: Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration experience
- Bonus: agentic / multi-step LLM workflow experience (not just RAG or chatbot builds)
