Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will:
- Provide end-to-end support and expertise for all stages of the survey lifecycle, including planning, communications, program management, data analysis, reporting, leader briefings, and ad hoc analytic requests
- Lead thorough analysis of survey data, update analytical scripts and methods, conduct quality control on reports and presentation materials
- Ensure all deliverables meet agency standards before submission to senior leadership
- Apply knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline, utilizing advanced skills in applied research, data analysis, and data visualization to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to innovate and modernize analytic practices and produce creative solutions to enhance client survey programs and processes

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with survey methodology, data analysis, and reporting
- 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis software (such as R, Python, SPSS, or SAS) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI)
- Master's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience working with Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology
