System Integration & Test Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience in C++, integration labs (SIL), and automated testing to contribute to advanced system development. What You’ll Do

• Plan, develop, and execute system and software integration testing
• Support integration of in-house and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Execute manual and automated testing in a System Integration Lab (SIL)
• Analyze test results and generate evaluation and validation reports
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software integration issues
• Write and track discrepancy reports and support regression testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and requirements alignment

• Active Secret Clearance (required to start)
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in systems/software integration and testing
• At least 2+ years of experience with C++
• Experience working in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL)
• Strong background in:

• Test planning and execution (manual & automated)
• Integration of hardware and software systems
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Experience scripting for automation and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, sprints, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with missile systems or defense/aerospace programs
• Familiarity with COTS tools and custom test environments
• Experience supporting full system lifecycle testing and validation
