Job description
The Program Manager will be responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating resources and staff across multiple concurrent task orders/projects and locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issue, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets.
- Analyze and interpret contract requirements, ensuring full compliance with terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, metrics, and lessons learned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), maintaining effective communication and timely responses; Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

This critical role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in project management, contract administration, and federal records and information management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities to ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with contracts and federal regulations., * Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in a federal environment.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a federal environment.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software development methodologies, and technology trends.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging federal clients/stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in contract administration, analysis, and compliance.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
- Certification in at least one of the following: CCNP, CCIE, MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalent.
