Assess existing application and infrastructure landscapes to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for modernization.

Create end-to-end solution designs that align with organizational priorities, architectural standards, and operational requirements.

Work closely with business partners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to convert functional needs into clear technical approaches.

Lead architecture planning for core manufacturing and enterprise systems, ensuring effective connectivity across critical platforms.

Define integration approaches spanning cloud, on-premises, and edge technologies to support data flow and process continuity.

Review proposed solutions for scalability, security, compliance, and performance to ensure they meet enterprise expectations.

Produce and maintain architecture artifacts such as system diagrams, interface definitions, and data flow documentation.

Advise project teams during implementation by resolving design questions and validating that delivered solutions reflect approved architecture.
Requirements

Participate in governance reviews and contribute reusable standards, patterns, and best practices for future initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline; advanced education is preferred.

At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a closely related role, with emphasis on manufacturing or industrial environments.

Strong command of architecture methods, design patterns, and enterprise solution planning.

Experience with ERP and related business systems such as SAP or Oracle within complex operational settings.

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise integration approaches including APIs and microservices.

Familiarity with data modeling, analytics platforms, and master data management concepts.

Ability to identify and address risks involving system performance, security, scalability, and compliance.

Effective communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills, along with exposure to Agile and DevOps practices. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
