Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Applied Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience working with product telemetry or large-scale behavioral datasets.
- Solid experience with experimentation, A/B testing, causal inference, or modeling user behavior.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML products, especially LLM-based coding assistants or developer tools.
- Familiarity with coding workflows, IDEs, Git, and developer productivity metrics.
- Background in user experience analytics, engagement modeling, or human-computer interaction.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, prompt patterns, and generative AI failure modes.
