Job description

Manage a team of Financial Systems Analysts responsible for supporting end users of various financial applications across multiple regions and time zones. Manage training, projects and process improvements.

What you'll do:

  • Day to day management of 2 associates promoting teamwork, customer service and individual development
  • Provide daily support to direct reports
  • Hiring, coaching and developing associates to deliver outstanding performances
  • Building and maintaining an effective team environment.
  • Review associates work for accuracy
  • Ensure deadlines are met and high quality support is provided to end users
  • Acts as role model to the team - leads by example
  • Proactive and inquisitive problem solving
  • Work with Finance end users to gather, develop, and document business requirements and processes
  • Planning, managing and implementing system enhancements, improvements & upgrades
  • Successfully test and implement with minimal impact to end users
  • Lead projects that collaborate with the business as well as IT to drive a successful completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science/Management Information Systems
  • 5+ years accounting/information systems related experience working primarily with Oracle EPM
  • Experience working in a role that facilitates communications and projects between IT and the business.
  • Strong knowledge in various Financial Systems, Applications & Reporting Tools, as required
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a diverse audience at various levels while considering cultural differences
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent ability to understand business processes and identify areas of improvement
  • Strong collaborator/team player

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
