The Cybersecurity Analyst Intermediate will develop and maintain a cyber-secure environment, lead cyber management, and report to higher level managers. Requires extensive experience and a strong grasp of cyber policy and procedures., Overview: ITC Defense has an immediate need for a Cybersecurity Analyst Intermediate to support the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Management (ITCM) contract supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Responsibilities:
- Applies knowledge of Cyber policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish enclave security related goals.
- Reports to IAM III or government managers for enclave operational requirements.
- Leads cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites.
- There are no supervisory responsibilities, but the employee may coach and mentor other employees.
- Capable of supporting a full-time, 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday.
- Some travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned., The Associate Satellite Systems Engineer will provide support for GPS payload operations, analyze data, and resolve anomalies. Responsibilities include performing trending analyses, maintaining software scripts, and collaborating with various teams to optimize system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution and at least five (5) years of cyber management experience.
- Education required may be substituted by additional years of experience.
- Must meet DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification requirements in order to be considered.
- Acceptable certifications include: CISSP, CISM, CASP+ (SecurityX), or other DoD-approved IAM Level II certifications.
- eMASS Certification prior to accepting position, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- An Active Secret Clearance or higher is required in order to be considered., * Experience supporting DoD RMF and ATO sustainment for missile defense, weapon systems, or other complex MDA/DoD mission systems.
- Proficiency with eMASS, including POA&M management, continuous monitoring, and security artifact maintenance.
- Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 / 800-171, STIG implementation, and vulnerability management in classified environments.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring IAM/IAT personnel and briefing cybersecurity risk and compliance status to government leadership.
- Familiarity with classified, SAP, or mission-critical operational environments supporting MDA objectives.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, ITC Defense is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
