The IWMS(Integrated Workplace Management System) team is focused on creating,implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies and technology to improveorganizational value and return on real estate investments. We providemeaningful engagements to develop impactful and achievable business solutions.
The IWMSSolution Architect responsible for designing, developing, configuring, andsupporting scalable ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions that meet complex businessand operational requirements. Working closely with product leads, businessanalysts, and CAD team members, this role delivers high-quality solutionsacross Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Nuvolo, Now Assist, and core platformcapabilities, following ServiceNow development standards and bestpractices. The role contributes toplatform maturity through disciplined release management, reusable developmentpatterns, and secure, API-driven integrations, while ensuring the ServiceNowplatform remains stable, performant, compliant, and well-integrated within ourclient's broader technical ecosystem.
In addition toproviding in-depth analysis, this role concurrently synthesizes the output ofworkstreams and shares progress updates with senior team leaders. Work iscompleted with limited manager review.
What** You'll **Do:

Design and develop end-to-end solutionsacross Workplace Service Delivery & Nuvolo application, includingcase/request experiences, fulfillment automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Platform Development: Design, develop, andcustomize ServiceNow & Nuvolo applications and modules, including writingcomplex Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions to meet business needs.

Integrations: Build and maintain seamlessintegrations between ServiceNow/Nuvolo and external systems (e.g., JIRA, OracleHCM, Monitoring tools) using REST/SOAP web services and Flow Designer.

Solution Design: Collaborate withcross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, creatingtechnical design documents and workflows that drive operational efficiency.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provideongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users, ensuring auser-friendly experience. Respond promptly to platform related issues andrequests.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest andimplement best practices for ServiceNow & Nuvolo. Proactively identifyareas for improvement and apply solutions to increase efficiency andproductivity.

Documentation: Maintain clear, structureddocumentation of configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure consistentknowledge sharing and compliance.

Communication: Clear communicator with theability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders andcollaborate effectively with the Business Analyst.
Requirements
*** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination **of experience and education will beconsidered.
*** **ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)are required
*** **Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API,HTML, CSS, AJAX, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UIPolicies, UI Actions, and Script Includes) and building custom widgets and UIscripts to improve accessibility and user engagement based on feedback andanalytics
*** **Proven experience designing and implementingcomplex integrations using EST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and FlowDesigner.
*** **Solid understanding of ServiceNow &Nuvolo development best practices, release management, documentation, andplatform governance, with the ability to collaborate effectively with productowners, business analysts, and CAD team members.
*** **Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provideefficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability toeffectively present information.
*** Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpretcomplex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative **skills., Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Benefits & conditions
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the IWMS Solution Architect is $130,000 annually [or $62.50 per hour] and the maximum salary for the IWMS Solution Architect is $145,000 annually [or $69.71 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
