SAP Development Manager - German -

We are looking for a SAP Development Manager who will drive our journey from classic ABAP to a modern, cloud-ready SAP landscape built on Clean Core, SAP BTP and state-of-the-art extension technologies (Fiori/UI5, RAP/CAP, side-by-side)., * Lead the modernization of our SAP landscape: from traditional ABAP to Clean Core, SAP BTP and modern extension concepts.

• Design robust, scalable architectures and ensure that new solutions are truly cloud-ready.
• Orchestrate and challenge external development partners to deliver secure, reliable and high-quality solutions.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code through clear guidelines, code reviews and quality gates.
• Act as a key interface between business, internal IT and partners, translating requirements into sustainable SAP solutions., You will work in a medtech environment where innovation, quality and patient safety go hand in hand - and where your architectural decisions directly shape real products used by patients worldwide. • Degree in computer science or a related field (FH/ETH/TU) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of SAP development experience, with a strong focus on modern SAP technologies and cloud-ready architectures.
• Solid expertise in SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP/CAP and Clean Core strategies, plus strong ABAP fundamentals.
• Proven experience managing external development partners and/or leading projects end-to-end.
• Excellent German and English skills (C1), strong communication, and a sharp eye for quality and robustness.
