Java Developer

• Maintenance of Java EE, Spring and Angular applications, develop from scratch additional changes requested by the client and migrate towards a cloud ready system.
• 2nd level support for special requests from client.
• Support and testing of infrastructure changes from infrastructure provider.
• Advice client for improving, securing and maintaining the system on application level.
• Backup during absences/vacation from colleague, longterm commitment preferred.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Extensive experience in Java/Java EE and Spring Boot development
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Basic experience in UNIX/Linux
• Comfortable working in small teams and experience in agile environments
• Reliable person (can work very independent)
• Interest to transition the application into the future (cloud environment)
• Collaboration with infrastructure provider, client and partners
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
• Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Knowledge in Websphere, Struts, DB2, AIX
