Java Developer Frontend

Work independently and closely with the Head of Controlling - right at the heart of an exciting industry that brings together travel and smart software., * You keep an eye on our accounts receivable - reconciling customer accounts, maintaining master data and managing dunning processes

• You handle our accounts payable - reviewing, coding and posting incoming invoices, preparing payment runs and ensuring clean account balances
• In general ledger accounting, you post all business transactions and support monthly and annual financial statements (HGB, optionally IFRS)
• Payroll accounting is also part of your role - from salary processing and managing leave and working time accounts to reporting to health insurance providers and authorities, For our tour operator software DaVinci NT, we develop cloud-based solutions to process large volumes of data and manage complex travel industry processes.

As a C# Backend Developer, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our platform and build high-performance backend services for the dynamic packaging and distribution of travel products.

What you'll do with us

• Develop and further enhance backend services for our travel industry business applications
• Design and implement modern software architectures
• Integrate external interfaces, e.g. to airlines or distribution systems
• Analyze technical requirements from customer projects

As a Java Frontend Developer, you will contribute to the further development of our cloud-based platform DaVinci NT and build modern user interfaces for travel industry business applications.

What you'll do with us

• Lead and further develop the IT administration function
• Operate and administer our hybrid system environments
• Manage Windows server environments and Azure cloud services
• Handle virtualization and container management (Hyper-V, Kubernetes)
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

• Several years of experience in financial accounting - ideally across all of the areas mentioned
• Confident use of accounting software (preferably SAGE KHK / Sage HR) and MS Office, especially Excel
