Requirements
Overall IT experience with strong expertise in data engineering, data governance, and enterprise data management Hands-on experience with Informatica tools including PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360 Experience establishing and managing Master Data and Reference Data for large-scale enterprise environments Extensive experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data stewardship practices Ability to analyze business objectives, identify problems, and propose alternative data-driven solutions with cost/benefit analysis Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements, workflows, and system processes to design improved data solutions Proven ability to write detailed functional and technical documentation including user requirements, data flows, and system design specifications Experience evaluating system capabilities, constraints, and feasibility of enhancements within existing enterprise platforms Hands-on experience working with enterprise-scale datasets in Snowflake (preferred) Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integration (preferred) Prior experience in healthcare or public health domains (preferred) Experience working with state government agencies (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking in complex data environments
