Requirements

12+ years of programming and software development experience.
Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams, including driving collaboration, mentoring team members, and delivering against project goals.
Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud computing, including Serverless and/or EKS.
Proficiency in API development using REST and/or GraphQL.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, including tools such as Terraform.
Working knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries such as React.js and Node.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.
Familiarity with document databases such as MongoDB and/or DynamoDB.
Experience with AI enablement, including: AI agent programming using platforms/tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and MCP Coding assistant usage, including familiarity with Claude and GitHub Copilot Experience with automated and unit testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, NUnit/XUnit, and Moq.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
Proven CI/CD experience with tools such as CloudBees Jenkins and IBM UrbanCode.
Understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, ELK Stack, and OpenTelemetry.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Rally.
