UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and assertive UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design experience for a ServiceNow-based procurement platform. This is a high-impact, remote role (EST hours) where you will work closely with stakeholders, define user personas, and shape end-to-end procurement experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and user-centered.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver intuitive UI/UX experiences within the ServiceNow platform for procurement workflows
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences
• Define, articulate, and advocate for user personas across procurement processes (requisitions, approvals, vendor management, P2P)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups
• Lead design reviews and present concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience on enterprise or B2B platforms
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Service Portal, UX/UI design within the platform) - strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and the personas involved (buyers, approvers, vendors)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills - you can present, defend, and iterate on design decisions confidently
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and persona mapping
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows
• Experience designing for ERP or supply chain platforms
• Background working with design systems at enterprise scale
