As a Senior Software Engineer within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH., * Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Writes code, tests and deploys software.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
- Maintains and debugs software.

Requirements
- Microservices / OpenShift / Container management
- Kafka/Data Streaming
- Strong Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Java Spring Boot and Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience in DevOps & Platform including Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift(OCP)
- Support maintenance activities including patching and upgrades
- Strong ETL experience
- IAAS, Windows Servers, Linux
- Strong Analytical and complex problem solving skills, with ability to debug complex distributed systems.
- Application monitoring and alerting including Logscale and Dynatrace
- Perform regular scan to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities in timely manner
- SAFe Agile awareness a plus
- Resource Development
- Delivery and Production Support - Both Project Work and Production issues ensuring timely resolution of incidents
- Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex technical information for senior management and product team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment
- Experience providing technical thought leadership across an organization.
- Adapt quickly to new applications and flows and be part of a larger enterprise group
- Be a team player and work towards delivering as a highly performant engineering team
