Requirements
- Have 8+ years of professional Full Stack software engineering experience - with a Backend Lean
- Have TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Python - Experience with data driven or intelligent systems is helpful but not required
- Have owned or significantly shaped production systems
- Have experience working on Complex Backend systems at Infrastructure level
- Are comfortable making architectural trade-offs with incomplete information
- Have experience in early?stage or fast?moving environments
- Are self?directed, communicative, and pragmatic
- Prefer building durable systems over shipping throwaway code
- Ideally have some experience with AI/ML - Chatbots/ fine-tuning models etc
- Computer Science Degree is a bonus.
