Senior Software Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Software Analyst to join a fast-paced Agile/DevOps environment. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Business Analysis and can also support project coordination and Scrum activities.

You will work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, manage product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions., ???? Business Analysis (Core Focus)

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Validate deliverables against business needs

???? Agile / Scrum

• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Support or act as Scrum Master when needed
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams

???? Project Coordination

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate across business, IT, and external teams
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies

????? Operations & Support

• Support production issues and escalations
• Assist with system upgrades and ongoing improvements
• Follow ITIL/DevOps best practices

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with:
• User stories
• Product backlog
• Requirements gathering
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in Scrum Master or Project Management roles
• Exposure to DevOps / ITIL environments
