RPA & Agentic Workflow Engineer

Seeking a hands-on RPA & Workflow Engineer to modernize legacy systems by building automated and AI-driven workflows. This role focuses on developing RPA solutions and integrating agent-based workflows using Strands, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock., * Develop and maintain RPA workflows and automation pipelines

• Build and support agent-based workflows using Strands and LangGraph
• Design and implement RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector stores, retrieval patterns)
• Develop GenAI-enabled workflows using Amazon Bedrock (model APIs, agents, or knowledge base integrations)
• Integrate solutions with legacy systems, APIs, and databases
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production workflows

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

• 3+ years hands-on RPA / workflow automation experience

• Strong AWS experience including:

• Amazon Bedrock (models, agents, or knowledge bases)

• AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3

• Experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments

Experience building or supporting RAG pipelines (vector stores, embeddings, retrieval workflows)

Working knowledge of GenAI / LLM concepts (prompting, context handling, basic evaluation)

Strong Python and API integration skills

Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks

Experience working with legacy/enterprise systems
