Job description
- Own plantoproduce business processes
- Define and document MM/PP workflows
- Support SAP configuration aligned to how plants actually operate
- Lead functional testing scenarios tied to manufacturing realities
- Assist divisions during deployment, training, and hypercare periods

Requirements
- Top Must-Haves:
SAP Manufacturing & Production Planning Functional Specialist II (MM/PP)
- Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP)
- For Both openings, responsibilities and scope are the same:
- Ability to gather requirements, deliver to ABAP dev team
- Support system testing, hypercare post implementation
- Must come from manufacturing domain
- S4 is preferred, but can accept ECC experience
- Must have supported an SAP implementation/migration at some point
- Ability to handle configurations within SAP
MustHaves (even stricter than SD role)

SAP implementation background:
- S/4HANA preferred
- ECC acceptable
- Candidate must already know how to manage it in the system
Manufacturing expertise is critical:
- Discrete manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Process manufacturing (chemical/pharma) is acceptable only if candidate can adapt quickly
- Candidates with no manufacturing background were explicitly flagged as a poor fit [
Seniorlevel tenure:
- 7+ years experience (grade52 requirement)
- Expected to operate independently and lead conversations
Functional technical bridge:
- Translate manufacturing planning processes into SAP
- Partner with ABAP developers as needed
