Job description

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a one of the largest Payments/Financial service clients, to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role will focus on driving delivery across multiple teams while supporting the evolution of a large-scale, cloud-based platform., What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):

  • Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering teams
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure timely delivery
  • Partner with product and engineering to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Own program status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Monitor metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement
  • Support feature launches, track adoption, and incorporate feedback post-release
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and delivery goals

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in a software environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Expertise with JIRA (or Rally) and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Exposure to microservices, CI/CD, DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, serverless technologies, or NoSQL databases
  • Experience working on platform or large-scale system modernization initiatives

Education

  • Bachelors' degree is preferred, but not required

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60 - $70 Hourly on W2.
