Job description
Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a one of the largest Payments/Financial service clients, to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role will focus on driving delivery across multiple teams while supporting the evolution of a large-scale, cloud-based platform., What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering teams
- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure timely delivery
- Partner with product and engineering to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own program status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Monitor metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Support feature launches, track adoption, and incorporate feedback post-release
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and delivery goals
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in a software environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Expertise with JIRA (or Rally) and Microsoft Project
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively
- Strong understanding of cloud-based systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Exposure to microservices, CI/CD, DevOps practices
- Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, serverless technologies, or NoSQL databases
- Experience working on platform or large-scale system modernization initiatives
Education
- Bachelors' degree is preferred, but not required
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60 - $70 Hourly on W2.
