Client needs to bring in someone to evaluate their system, make suggestions, and act on what's decided. This is going to be someone probably on the senior level who has fixed database/integrations with accounting platforms previously. Setting up some automations is a big aspect as well. Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Database / SQL Server / SSRS Consultant to support a proprietary medical claims platform focused on workers compensation and no-fault billing. This is a hands-on role working within a Microsoft-based environment (SQL Server 2019, SSRS) to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and help modernize an aging system. Strong experience with SQL Server (2016 2019+) and advanced T-SQL Hands-on experience building and optimizing SSRS reports Experience working in legacy or proprietary system environments Strong understanding of data flows, reporting logic, and performance tuning Ability to work independently and take ownership in loosely structured environments Preferred / Nice to Have Experience integrating with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems Exposure to ETL tools (SSIS or similar) Experience in healthcare, medical billing, claims, or revenue cycle environments Familiarity with process automation or workflow optimization
