Chief Digital Officer

An energy-native AI infrastructure platform is building the next generation of data centers designed for efficiency at scale. The company converts stranded natural gas into reliable, low-cost power and is developing a 1GW AI campus to support high-performance computing.

This role sits at the center of digital strategy, platform architecture, and AI-driven operations., The Chief Digital Officer will define and execute the company's end-to-end digital strategy across infrastructure, software platforms, and data systems. The mandate focuses on building a fully integrated, AI-enabled operating environment across energy production, data center performance, and enterprise systems., * Own the company-wide digital and AI strategy aligned with infrastructure scale-up and energy optimization

• Design and deploy platforms for real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and autonomous operations across energy and data center assets
• Lead the integration of AI, cloud, and edge systems to support high-density compute workloads
• Build and scale internal data architecture, including telemetry pipelines, digital twins, and optimization engines
• Partner with engineering, energy, and operations leadership to increase uptime, efficiency, and cost performance
• Establish governance frameworks for data, cybersecurity, and AI deployment
• Recruit and lead a high-performance team across data, software, and digital infrastructure

• Proven experience as CDO, CTO, or senior digital leader in infrastructure, energy, or hyperscale environments
• Track record in building AI-enabled platforms and large-scale data systems
• Deep understanding of data center operations, energy systems, or industrial technology environments
• Strong expertise in cloud, edge computing, and real-time data architectures
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through high-growth scaling phases
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
