Job description
The Cleanroom Tech Checker is responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing parts required for use by the customer and used in the maintenance of the customer's machinery. This position is to assist the customer quality team in identifying parts that may be irregular or classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions as provided by the customer for conduct of inspections. Ensures part integrity and completeness through the maintenance of a tracking file. Irregularities will be documented, take corrective actions as directed or escalated to the Quality support team., * Assists in the activities of the Quality Control function to ensure achievement of company and client Key Element objectives.
- Evaluates data obtained through SAP to determine correctness and completeness of parts
- Gathers and records data through a shared portal which provides information to the quality support team for guidance and decision making.
- Reviews data generated in support of the Quality Assurance program; prepares reports and summaries based on data
- Keeps up to date on overall activities of the DC, identifying problem areas and presenting data to support position.
- Aides to ensure that quality system requirements are maintained
- Responsible for various reports including tracking and trending.
- Use of SAP, excel and share point to systemically investigate issues and follow up to previously identified issues.
- Performs Hold and Release transactions
- Understanding ESD processes and act accordingly.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings.
- Meticulous with a sense for quality and attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and self-independent
- Compliance and quality control.
- Support other areas as required.
- Impact of Decisions- Ensures that network operations comply with federal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations

Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to handle basic statistical control methods.
- Must have previous Inventory experience.
- Current or previous experience with Quality Management System.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Computer Skills
- Must possess excellent computer skills, not limited to MS Office, Windows, or Visio.
Language Skills
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills
- Basic to intermediate level.

- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
- Current or previous experience with Quality Management system.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
- Previous experience working with Internal Audits, Document Control, and Corrective Action plans.
