Job description

Provide functional and technical support for SCPFO systems and applications
Support and troubleshoot SAP Ariba modules including Business Network, Guided Buying, Guided Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
Lead and support supplier onboarding and enablement across the Ariba Network
Identify, research, and resolve data integrity, system, and business process issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and suppliers to ensure effective system usage
Support EDI integrations and Ariba Network-to-ERP connectivity (as applicable)
Gather and analyze data to support business cases and cost justifications
Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, and training materials
Track, document, and resolve system issues through completion
Provide user support including performance testing, issue analysis, and troubleshooting
Communicate system updates, outages, and enhancements to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean principles
Generate reports for data analysis, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring

Requirements

This position requires a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, supplier onboarding, and hands-on experience with the SAP Ariba platform., * Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba (Business Network, Guided Buying, Guided Sourcing, SLP)

Experience with supplier onboarding and enablement within the Ariba Network
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supplier Lifecycle Management processes
Experience identifying and resolving data and system integrity issues
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, data analysis)
