Job description
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will support the OT Security Program by partnering with OT, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. This role focuses on translating operational and security needs into clear requirements, use cases, and process documentation to support informed decision-making and effective solution delivery, while contributing to the reduction of operational risk and improvement of the OT security posture. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze OT business processes and requirements to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of the OT security program
- Partner with OT, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements
- Coordinate initiatives and project activities across OT, IT, cybersecurity, and vendor stakeholders
- Provide operational support by investigating and resolving system and integration issues in OT environments
- Deliver training, demonstrations, and support adoption of new and enhanced OT security solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation, including operating procedures, workflows, system interfaces, and process diagrams
- Recommend process, control, and technology improvements based on metrics, findings, and resiliency gaps
Requirements
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, particularly in OT environments
- Experience coordinating initiatives and projects across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams
- Hands-on experience with system testing, including integration and regression testing
- Experience supporting customers and resolving production or operational issues
- Ability to develop training materials such as presentations, guides, job aids, and walkthroughs
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Change Gear)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
