SAP EAM Serialization Lead

• Review EAM / Serialized Lifecycle Management and deliver an end-to-end product lifecycle platform for serialized equipment. Focus on building a scalable solution across manufacturing, inventory, player/customer assignment, service/reconditioning, and asset lifecycle management (EAM). Help define a hybrid architecture that combines Material + Serial Number tracking with Equipment Master (EAM) to enable full lifecycle visibility.

• Design end-to-end solutions across:

• Manufacturing (Plan-to-Produce)
• Order-to-Cash (including service/reconditioning)
• Inventory & Warehouse (EWM)
• Asset Management (EAM / PM)

• Define lifecycle tracking using:

• Serial number management (mandatory)
• Equipment Master for lifecycle tracking
• Inspection, maintenance, and recertification processes

• Design and implement:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
• Inspection plans and compliance processes
• Service/reconditioning workflows

• Architect a hybrid model:

• Material + Serial (logistics backbone)
• Equipment (service & lifecycle tracking)
• Extensions on SAP BTP

• Design integrations with:

• RFID / scan systems
• External service platforms
• Ecommerce / customer systems

• Enable analytics and insights using Datasphere and SAC
• Identify and embed AI-driven use cases (predictive maintenance, lifecycle alerts)

We need someone with:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, including:

• EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM)
• MM (Materials Management)
• PP (Manufacturing)
• SD (Order-to-Cash)

• Deep expertise in:

• Serialized product tracking
• Equipment Master and asset lifecycle management
• Maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders
• Inspection and compliance processes

• Experience with:

• Service / repair / refurbishment processes
• Warehouse processes (EWM preferred)

• Knowledge of:

• SAP BTP and integrations (APIs, CPI)
• Analytics (SAC, Datasphere/BW)

• Exposure to AI / predictive maintenance / automation is a plus
