Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise IT infrastructure across on premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure architectures that support current and future growth.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions align with organizational standards, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
Technology Strategy & Roadmap
- Continuously evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the infrastructure landscape modern, competitive, and future-ready.
- Define and maintain short term and long term infrastructure architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy.
- Provide architectural direction for modernization initiatives, legacy transformation, and digital adoption programs.
Capacity Planning & Resilience
- Perform capacity planning for compute, storage, network, and cloud resources to support enterprise workloads efficiently.
- Architect and oversee data retention strategies, backup solutions, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) plans, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.
- Regularly test and validate DR and failover strategies.
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
- Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions using platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Provide expertise across IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud models.
- Assess customers' existing application and infrastructure landscapes and define end-to-end cloud migration roadmaps, including re-hosting, re-platforming, and modernization strategies.
- Implement automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or equivalent technologies.
Security & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT infrastructure security policies and procedures across environments.
- Ensure infrastructure designs meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards, including access control, data protection, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate closely with security teams to proactively mitigate risks and strengthen infrastructure security posture.
Cost Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Architect cost effective infrastructure solutions that balance performance, availability, and budget constraints.
- Drive infrastructure optimization initiatives, including right sizing, automation, and adoption of cloud-native capabilities.
- Support operations teams with L3 expertise, ensuring rapid resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
Database & Data Platform Expertise
